The room

Above the beach, not behind a business park

Nearly every gym in this region looks out at a parking lot. This one looks at the water, and the light comes in from the south all day.

Why here

Marine Drive is the walk everyone in White Rock already takes. Park once, train, then finish on the promenade. The room sits directly above it.

What it isn't

Not a chain. No sales floor, no smoothie counter, no twelve-month contract that needs a lawyer. Equipment worth training on and a door that opens early.
